Paper Honeycomb Padded Mailer

Traditional bubble mailers fuse an outer kraft paper layer with an interior polyethylene (LDPE) bubble liner. Because the two materials are heat-laminated, municipal recycling centers cannot separate them, forcing them into incinerators. Our paper padded mailers sandwich an expanded hexagonal paper honeycomb between two unbleached kraft liners, delivering superior drop shock absorption with zero plastic content.

Tempo Nest Studio gusseted and padded mailers feature an integrated red pull-tab tear line placed directly between two independent adhesive strips. The recipient opens the parcel cleanly with the pull-tab, leaving the second adhesive strip intact for a frictionless, tape-free return in the exact same paper package.
