Foodservice & Bakery Packaging
Verified PFAS-free food contact packaging. We replace plastic poly-coatings (PE) and fluorinated grease barriers with mineral-derived aqueous dispersions that resist moisture and dressings while repulping cleanly.
Aqueous-Coated Folded Clamshells
Engineered for fast-casual dining, bakeries, and gourmet deli dispatch. Constructed with a virgin unbleached kraft board lined with a non-fluorinated water-based barrier. Hot grease and steam escape through laser-perforated relief vents while keeping crusts crisp and preventing soggy bottoms.

Why Aqueous Dispersion Coatings Outperform Traditional Polyethylene (PE)
For decades, takeaway paper cups and boxes were bonded to a micro-thin layer of polyethylene (PE) plastic. While effective at repelling soup and grease, the plastic layer requires specialized delamination mills that 90% of municipal facilities do not operate. Consequently, PE cartons end up in municipal incinerators or landfills.
Tempo Nest Studio formulas utilize microscopic water-dispersed polymer matrices. When agitated in ordinary warm water at commercial paper recycling mills, the coating disperses completely, allowing up to 94% of raw fiber to be reclaimed for fresh cartonboard.
